All of our transactions are brokered by a third party title company in your local area. A title company consists of a title attorney and a team of other professionals that specialize in completing real estate transactions. In our business we require a clean title search that is completed by the title attorney as well as deed preparation and closing services. Title companies will also handle the transfer of any money from us to our clients.
A purchase agreement, or PA, is simply our agreement that you want to sell your property to us. The PA spells out all the terms and the final purchase price, the $ amount you will receive at closing. Keep in mind, signing and returning the purchase agreement is just that, and your property IS your property until closing documents are signed and you have received the money agreed upon in the purchase agreement.
